London & Paris: Day 0

Tuesday, July 19th

Hello from London!

Day 0 was our travel day. Tuesday morning at 5:00am I met up with three travelers at the Fresno airport. We got there very early to ensure nothing went wrong… so we got to hang out for about 2.5 hours before our flight boarded. We flew to Dallas, Texas (GINORMOUS AIRPORT) for a layover so we had lunch, and proceeded to board our flight to Heathrow Airport. After a 9 hour flight and our best attempt at sleeping… we landed in London Wednesday morning around 7:45am (or 11:45pm in Hanford).

I could immediately tell this trip will be full of laughter and great times. The three travelers; Ryan, Antonio, and Richelle, all have incredible senses of humor, are smart and kind, and are so happy to be here. I am blessed to have such an amazing group!

We will do our best to post blogs throughout our trip, and I’ll be getting content and images from Ryan, Antonio, and Richelle as much as I can! I do not have my laptop with me, so the formatting of these posts won’t be what I prefer, but it’s the content that matters most. :)

I hope you enjoy following our journey. We will be in London for seven more days This is my first trip with students, and I am 110% positive I will continue to do this for the rest of my life. We just arrived and it has already been so rewarding to see these travelers experience another country. ❤️
