A Family's Experience

Washington DC & New York

Spring Break 2023

One of the most rewarding aspects of these tours is witnessing the sheer joy and transformation experienced by our travelers. Reading their heartfelt accounts of the trip never fails to move me, and I am thrilled to be able to share their perspectives and experiences through upcoming blog posts.

In this post, I am delighted to include an email I received from an incredible family who accompanied us on our Washington DC and New York tour during Spring Break. Their son, Max, had such a remarkable time that he will be joining us on one of my future tours!

Stay tuned for the upcoming blog posts filled with more heartwarming narratives that will leave you with a renewed appreciation for the power of educational travel.

Max had a fantastic time on his first trip ever to DC/NY. He got to experience and see so much in a short amount of time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and offered little tidbits throughout the tour. We took the opportunity and also joined the trip and had just as much fun! We thoroughly enjoyed not having to worry about driving or making decisions on where to go!

We had some unexpected weather delays on our flight out but EF Tours was flexible and greeted us upon our arrival at 2:00am in the morning (after a 3 hour weather delay)! And during one of our days in NY, our itinerary completely changed unexpectedly due to a local unplanned event unfolding in the area we were to visit (completely out of EF Tours hands). They worked diligently behind the scenes to keep everyone safe and reroute the tour.

And what can I say about our amazing group leader and wonderful chaperones... they kept communication with the students and were consistently checking in with them. It brings my heart peace knowing how organized and on top of things EF Tours is and how well the chaperones managed and kept an eye out on the students. My son is ready for the next trip and going without us!
